REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of our product, QUeNCH Hydrate, which is a perishable food item, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. We are committed to ensuring that you receive the highest quality product. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Perishable goods such as food and beverages.
  • Items purchased on sale or through promotions.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it. Please email us at info@quenchglobal.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and description of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same item, please contact us at info@quenchglobal.co.za.
